The Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Girls Cadet College in Turbat marked its second passing out parade on December 23, 2024, with 64 lady cadets completing their training at Balochistan's first girls cadet college.
Lieutenant General Rahat Naseem Ahmad Khan, Commander 12 Corps, attended as the chief guest at the ceremony, which drew attendance from notable figures including Dr. Malik Baloch, Member of Balochistan Assembly, IG FC Balochistan (South), local dignitaries, and cadets' parents.
The graduating class demonstrated their training through a march past and martial arts display. Amna Usman received recognition as the Overall Best Cadet during the award ceremony that concluded the event.
Ninety percent of the graduating cadets represent various divisions of Balochistan, including Makran, Kalat, Rakhshan, Sibi, Zhob, Loralai, and Nasirabad, reflecting the institution's strong regional representation.
Established in 2021, the college has successfully graduated 131 lady cadets across two batches. The institution maintains a capacity to train 400 lady cadets and serves as a significant educational establishment in the region.
The college, focusing on providing quality education and training, represents an important development in women's education infrastructure in Balochistan. It continues to contribute to educational advancement and skill development opportunities for women in the region.
