The Higher Education Department (HED) of Punjab has announced winter holidays for government and private colleges across the province.
According to the official notification, colleges will remain closed from December 24, 2024 to January 5, 2025.
While regular classes will be suspended during the holiday period, the notification clarified that classes for the four-year BS program will continue as scheduled. All ongoing exams will also proceed as per the timetables set by universities and education boards.
The HED has urged students and parents to remain informed about specific schedules for BS programs and exams through their respective colleges and universities.
