Peshawar – the city of flowers – welcomed a burst of colours during the cold season as the Agricultural University hosted its annual chrysanthemum exhibition.
Students in large numbers visited the event, enjoying the delicate fragrances and capturing picturesque moments amidst the vibrant display. The flowers, in shades of white, golden, pink, red, and purple, reflected nature’s artistry and offered a visual feast to attendees.
Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Dr Jehan Bakht, inaugurated the exhibition, highlighting the institution’s dedication to promoting natural beauty and horticulture.
Visitors described the display as a refreshing and invigorating experience during the chilly weather.
Students appreciated the event for providing a unique opportunity to enjoy nature’s colours during the winter.
The exhibition will remain open to students and the public until 20 December, showcasing the enchanting beauty of chrysanthemums.
