The National Logistics Cell (NLC) is playing a pivotal role in boosting Pakistan's agricultural exports, with significant increases being recorded across various sectors.
With the NLC's support, Pakistan has established trade routes with Central Asia, as well as with China and Russia.
Recent reports indicate that Pakistan has successfully forged land trade connections with these regions, completing over 300 successful commercial operations in the Shanghai region.
Additionally, following the recent earthquake in Turkey, the NLC collaborated with the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) to provide timely aid.
To enhance bilateral relations, Pakistan is utilizing Afghanistan, Iran, and Turkmenistan as transit states, exporting meat, fruits, and vegetables to China, Russia, and especially Central Asian countries.
Key export products include dry fruits, fish, rice, potatoes, onions, cucumbers, bananas, cherries, kinnow, and mangoes.
The increase in exports not only generates significant foreign exchange for Pakistan but also fosters regional cooperation. The country is eager to expand its exports in the Shanghai region through unwavering regional collaboration, with the NLC and law enforcement agencies striving to break new trade ground. The rise in commercial activities is contributing to a climate of peace and security in the region.
