The Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered the removal of the names of Pervez Elahi, Zara Elahi and Rasakh Elahi from the passport control list.
Justice Shams Mahmood Mirza delivered the verdict. The federal government has illegally included the names of Parvez Elahi and Zahra Elahi in the ECL, the prayer reads.
Earlier, PTI President Pervez Elahi was released from the Kot Lakhpath jail after he was granted bail in the illegal recruitments case.
