Actor Divyenndu, who was most recently seen on screen in Madgaon Express directed by Kunal Kemmu, has become incredibly well-known thanks to his part in the web series Mirzapur.
Even though his portrayal of Munna Bhaiyya has received praise, the producers shocked fans by killing off Munna Tripathi at the conclusion of Season 2. Divyenndu has now dashed the dreams of fans who thought he would make a comeback in the upcoming season.

The actor revealed in an interview with Humans of Bombay that he will not be appearing in Mirzapur Season 3. Divyenndu confirmed that he would not be playing the same role again, sharing that the role had begun to affect his personality and take him to a dark place.
“I shall declare, I am not a part of Mirzapur Season 3. When I was in character, it was affecting my personality a lot. We shouldn’t over-romanticise going too deep into a character, because it is not easy. At times, it used to get really dark for me. I felt suffocated. It’s so tricky that you don’t even realise that you are in that zone. It’s only when you come out of it do you realise how dark it was.”

One of the main characters in his political crime thriller was portrayed by Divyenndu. The first season of the show debuted in 2018, and the second season debuted in 2020 on Amazon Prime. The third instalment has been in development since June of last year, but this year will mark the show's official return with a new season.
However, soon after the disclosure, heartbroken fans took to social media and expressed that Mirzapur won't be complete without Divyenndu.
