What is Pakistan Super League?
Established in 2015 by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League commenced its inaugural season in 2016 with five franchises: Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Islamabad United, Peshawar Zalmi, and Quetta Gladiators.
In 2018, the league expanded to include a sixth team, Multan Sultans.
Over the years, the PSL has witnessed competitive cricket and has been instrumental in unearthing local talent while attracting international stars.
The league has also played a pivotal role in bringing high-profile cricket back to Pakistan, with matches increasingly hosted on home soil.
