The deadline for submitting preliminary squads for the ICC Champions Trophy has been set for January 12, 2025. All teams must finalize their squads by midnight on February 11, 2025.
Teams will be allowed to make changes to their preliminary squads without ICC approval until February 11. However, from February 12 onwards, any changes will require approval from the ICC Technical Committee.
Teams are not obligated to publicly announce their preliminary squads and can submit names directly to the ICC.
England has already announced its final squad for the ICC Champions Trophy, becoming the first team to do so.
The ICC Champions Trophy is scheduled to begin on February 19, 2025, with the final match slated for March 9, 2025.
