Australian TikToker Bella Bradford, whose real name was Isabella Bradford, shared a poignant final message with her followers before passing away from cancer at age 24.
Bella, who had been battling a rare jaw cancer called rhabdomyosarcoma, recorded her last “Get Ready With Me” video weeks before her death on October 15.
Her final TikTok, posted posthumously on October 31, carried a moving message: “I hope that you can look back on all my videos and find a little bit of joy in your day, if you ever need a pick-me-up,” she stated. “Remember that you live every day, and you only die once, so make every day count.”

“Thank you guys so much for this wild and wonderful ride. I hope you all have beautiful, amazing lives,” Bradford said in her heartbreaking final message. “I wish all the best for every single one of you.”
In the caption, it was noted that Bella passed away "peacefully surrounded by the people she loves most." Her death notice requested that, instead of flowers, attendees at her funeral consider donating to cancer charities, including Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, Rare Cancers Australia, Cancer Chicks, or Head and Neck Cancer Australia.
“She faced her cancer with the same resilience and positivity she brought to all aspects of her life,” the notice read.
Bella was first diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma in 2021 at age 22 and shared her journey openly on TikTok. Her treatments included intense rounds of radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and multiple surgeries. Though she initially entered remission, the cancer eventually returned, and Bella continued to face it with the same resilience and positivity she was known for.
