A massive raid took place at Lahore International Airport. The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) at Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore intercepted a passenger and recovered drugs from his possession.
At Lahore Airport, 150 narcotic pills were recovered from a passenger going to Saudi Arabia.
In various raids, more than 37 kg of drugs worth Rs 70 crore were recovered, and 15 accused were arrested.
Seven and a half kilograms of weed were recovered from a passenger from Nigeria in Islamabad. Additionally, 1500 grams of ice were recovered from two passengers traveling to Qatar from Peshawar and Karachi.
In Nowshera, two and a half kilos of opium, six kilos of heroin, one and a half kilos of hashish, and three kilos of ice were recovered from two suspects.
In Islamabad, opium, heroin, hashish, and ice were recovered from four suspects by the ANF.
Finally, heroin, hashish, and ice were recovered from four accused in Quetta and one accused in Karachi, according to a spokesperson.
