The rumour mill is buzzing with anticipation as speculations swirl about who BTS's Jungkook might collaborate with next in his flourishing solo career.
With his debut solo single "Seven" featuring rapper Latto and the recently announced follow-up "3D" featuring rapper Jack Harlow, fans and media outlets are now eyeing TikTok sensation and singer Addison Rae as a potential collaborator.
The intrigue started when Jungkook headlined New York City's 'Global Citizen Festival' on September 24, becoming the first Korean solo artist to do so.
During his stay in the city, Addison Rae posted on her social media accounts, fueling speculation. She shared a photo of the city skyline with a heartfelt caption, "Love u NYC," indicating her presence in the same location as Jungkook.
Additionally, Rae shared an image of herself indulging in Korean sweet corn ice cream, a favourite of Jungkook's, along with the caption, "Jungkook knows best."
While some have cautioned against reading too much into these posts, it's worth noting that Jack Harlow dropped hints about his collaboration with Jungkook just hours before the announcement of "3D."
Harlow's social media message, "I'll fly you from Korea to Kentucky," further stoked excitement. Korean media has even begun discussing the possibility of a collaboration between Addison Rae and Jungkook.
As anticipation builds, fans can look forward to "3D (feat. Jack Harlow)" set for release on September 29.
