Pakistan Railways fares increased two percent

Pakistan Railways (PR) on Friday increased fares for all passenger trains wherein a notification of two percent increase in fares has been issued.

It will be applicable from tomorrow (Saturday) for passenger trains and will also be applicable to trains run by the private sector.

Railway sources said fares hiked due to recent increase in diesel prices.
