The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) unveiled on Saturday its highly anticipated election manifesto for the upcoming general elections which is slated to be held on February 8.
The announcement was made by PML-N Manifesto Committee Senator Irfan Siddiqui in Model Town Lahore. Meanwhile top party leaders, including PML-N Supremo Nawaz Sharif, President Shehbaz Sharif, Senior Vice-President Maryam Nawaz, and Senator Ishaq Dar.
Senator Irfan Siddiqui highlighted the meticulous efforts undertaken by the party leadership to craft a realistic manifesto that could be effectively implemented upon coming to power.

Siddiqui explained that the delay in manifesto preparation was due to necessary amendments and the inclusion of past performance assessments. He emphasized Nawaz Sharif's directive to present a manifesto grounded in reality, steering away from empty promises.
The manifesto, he said, reflects the party's commitment to delivering tangible results for the people of Pakistan.
The chairman of the Manifesto Committee underscored the significance of the document for the youth, stating that the public awareness of PML-N's initiatives far surpassed that of other political parties.

He highlighted the inclusion of past performance in the manifesto, providing a comprehensive overview of the party's track record and achievements.
During the ceremony, PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif addressed the audience, praising Nawaz Sharif's dedication to delivering on promises and cited past achievements such as the installation of 11,000 megawatts of electricity projects in just 3 and a half years.
Shehbaz Sharif also mentioned the green line transport project in Karachi as a testament to the party's commitment to infrastructure development.
