In a significant breakthrough, the Federal Investigation Agency's (FIA) Corporate Crime Circle in Lahore conducted a major raid on a warehouse suspected of housing a fake engine oil manufacturing unit.
The operation, led by the diligent officers of the FIA, resulted in the apprehension of an individual involved in copyright infringement and the seizure of a considerable quantity of counterfeit products.
The accused, identified as Inam Elahi, was successfully captured during a meticulously planned raid in the Badami Bagh area of Lahore.
Mr. Elahi, allegedly the mastermind behind the clandestine operation, was found to be manufacturing and distributing fake engine oil under the guise of a well-known and reputable company.
During the raid, the FIA officials discovered that the accused failed to produce any documentary evidence substantiating the legal copyright registration of the engine oil products he was producing and selling.
