President Dr Arif Alvi in a statement on Pakistan's action in Iran's Sistan and Balochistan province said that Pakistan will not compromise on its national security and territorial integrity.
President said Pakistan will take all necessary steps to defend its land.
President praised the professionalism of the armed forces for targeting terrorist hideouts while saving Iranian citizens from casualties.
“Terrorism is a common challenge, global efforts are needed to eliminate it. Pakistan fully respects the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all states. President Pakistan expects the same from other countries that they do not violate international laws, President of the country Pakistan and Iran are brotherly countries, the issues need to be resolved through dialogue and mutual consultation,” the president said.

Istekham Pakistan Party (IPP) President Abdul Aleem Khan has shown concern over Iran's recent attack on Pakistani soul as Iran has openly violated international laws in which innocent citizens were targeted which reflected designs of enemies and this kind of attempt was not expected from Iran.
Aleem Khan applauded Pakistan's quick response to the attack and Iran should accept it made a big mistake and added that whatever step will be taken by Pak Army, the whole nation will stand united by their side.

IPP President said due to these interventions, the region might experience imbalance in power and nobody should doubt that Pakistan is capable of giving a swift and stern action to these misadventures.
He said that Iran violated our airspace and this kind of air missile attack is absolutely unaccepted.
Shehbaz Sharif tweeted about peace between two neighbouring countries and commented that Pakistan has taken several steps for peace and prosperity. He said Pakistan wants peace with his neighbouring countries and our armed forces are more than capable to defend our borders.
