Balochistan’s capital Quetta and its adjacent regions have been rocked by earthquake tremors.
The powerful jolts that hit the region at 6:09am on Saturday, measured 4.6 on the Richter scale, as per the National Seismic Monitoring Centre, Islamabad.
It further said that the epicentre of the earthquake was the Hindukush region in Afghanistan and its depth was 98 kilometres.
There was no damage or loss of life reported due to the tremors, according to initial reports, however, people were reported to have come out of their homes and offices.
