Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) supremo Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s nomination papers from NA-44 Dera Ismail Khan had been submitted on Sunday.
Rehman will also take part in the elections from DI Khan.
Few days back, the JUI-F chief's nomination papers had been submitted from NA-265 Pishin.

JUI-F provincial emir Maulana Abdul Wasay had submitted the nomination papers for Rehman. Rehman will contest elections for two national seats – NA-265 Pishin and DI Khan.
– Sirajul Haq's nomination papers submitted from NA-6 Dir –
Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Emir Sirajul Haq’s nomination papers had been submitted on Friday from NA-6 Dir ahead of the general elections.
Expressing his thoughts, Haq asked the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to hold transparent elections in the country. “The horse-trading and sale and purchase of votes in the election campaigns should be ended,” the JI chief said.
Haq said: “The ECP should ensure the implementation of the election code of conduct. The nation will not accept the intervention of foreign elements in the elections.”
