A former classmate of the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, has shed light on her university days, suggesting that the now-iconic figure may not have been as approachable as one might think during her time at Northwestern University.
Royal expert and host of the "To Di for Daily" podcast, Kinsey Schofield, recently shared insights from a conversation with one of Meghan's classmates who disclosed that the Duchess kept to herself and was not particularly friendly at the university.
According to the anonymous classmate, Meghan's stunning beauty was undeniable, but her demeanor suggested an air of self-importance.
The source mentioned, "She (Meghan) was strikingly beautiful at school. But she also acted like she was beautiful, and that she was going to do something with herself so, she really didn’t give other people the time of day.”
The Daily Express UK quoted Schofield posing a direct question about Meghan's demeanor during their university days, asking, "Was she nice?" The response was swift and perhaps unexpected, with the classmate reportedly replying, ‘No.’
Meghan Markle graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston in 2003, with a focus on theatre and international studies.
