The hefty sum comes as a recognition of the team's triumphs against the Netherlands, Bangladesh, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka, despite a somewhat lackluster overall display leading to an early exit from the tournament.
Under the leadership of Captain Babar Azam, the Green Shirts managed to secure victories in four crucial encounters, showcasing their prowess on the global cricketing stage.
The prize money, equivalent to over Rs73 million in Pakistani currency.
