The actress recently found herself at the center of a bizarre controversy after an AI-generated video of her went viral, falsely suggesting she had undergone plastic surgery.

The video, shared on Instagram, compared Radhika’s appearance to that of actress Mouni Roy, claiming that Radhika looked "unrecognizable" after alleged cosmetic procedures. The caption attached read:
“Remember Ishani from Colors TV's popular show? Radhika Madan looks unrecognizable now after all that cosmetic work.”
Radhika swiftly responded to the growing buzz on social media, and her comeback was truly remarkable.
Taking to the comment section of the viral post, Radhika wrote, “Bas itne hi eyebrows uper kare hai AI use karke? Aur karlo yaar..ye toh fir bhi natural lag raha hai.”
Her sarcastic yet graceful reply instantly won fans over and shut down the unfounded rumors.
In earlier interviews, Radhika had openly shared her views on cosmetic enhancements. She stated that while she hadn’t felt the need herself, she does not judge those who opt for procedures like Botox or fillers to boost their confidence.
“People used to tell me that my jaw is a little tedha. Were they anticipating that I would use a scale to measure it? “In my mind, I was Kareena Kapoor. Maybe they couldn’t see it.”
She also added that if ever in the future she feels the need, she wouldn’t hesitate to get cosmetic work done, stressing that confidence and self-image matter the most.
Radhika Madan began her journey as a dance instructor before making her acting debut with the TV serial Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi. She transitioned to films with Vishal Bhardwaj’s Pataakha and later starred in acclaimed movies like Angrezi Medium opposite Irrfan Khan, Shiddat, and most recently, Sarfira. She also made a cameo in Alia Bhatt’s upcoming film Jigra.
