A mild earthquake rattled Sibi and its adjacent areas in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
According to the National Seismological Center in Islamabad, the earthquake struck at 1:37am local time, with a recorded intensity of 4.1 on the Richter scale.
The earthquake originated at a depth of 35 kilometres, with the epicentre located approximately 124 kilometres northeast of Sibi. While the quake was felt across the area, there have been no immediate reports of damage to property or injuries.
Sibi, located in Balochistan, is no stranger to seismic activity, as the region lies in a seismically active zone.
