A group of orphaned children affiliated with the Alkhidmat Foundation spent a memorable day with the Frontier Corps North (FC North) at the Dir Scouts Headquarters. The visit featured a range of activities aimed at fostering interaction and providing the children with an inspiring experience.
The day began with the children paying homage at the Martyrs’ Memorial, where they placed floral wreaths and offered prayers for the departed. This solemn tribute was followed by a ceremonial salute from an FC North honor guard, adding a formal touch to the occasion.
As part of the itinerary, a weapons exhibition showcased the arsenal and technical equipment used by FC North personnel. Officers briefed the children about the functionality and importance of various tools in safeguarding national security. The display captivated the young visitors, who expressed particular enthusiasm for the technology on show.
The event aimed to provide the children with both an educational and engaging experience while fostering their understanding of the sacrifices and duties of military personnel. The visit concluded with the children expressing gratitude to the FC North and Dir Scouts leadership. They voiced a collective hope for similar initiatives in the future, underscoring the positive impact of such engagements on their morale.
