Samsung kicked off this year’s unpacked with its highly anticipated Galaxy devices, unveiling its latest lineup of Galaxy smartphones. While the hardware updates garnered attention, the company's emphasis on AI technology truly stood out.

Samsung unveiled its latest flagship devices: the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra. While the hardware remains familiar, the devices are slimmer and lighter and available in vibrant new colours like Icyblue and Coralred. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, the S25 lineup boasts a 40% boost in AI performance and significant improvements in gaming and photo processing.
The S25 and S25+ feature 6.2-inch and 6.7-inch displays with slimmer bezels, 120Hz adaptive refresh rates, and upgraded software for enhanced camera capabilities. On the other hand, the batteries come in capacities of 4000mAh and 4900mAh for the Galaxy S25 and S25+, while retaining the fingerprint censor under display (ultrasonic) in all models. The Galaxy Virtual Aperture is a standout addition, providing DSLR-like depth control in the Expert RAW app.

While a new 50MP ultrawide sensor enhances landscape and macro photography. Retaining its 200MP main camera and 5,000mAh battery. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is available in four colours: Titanium Silverblue, Titanium Black, Titanium Whitesilver, and Titanium Grey, and in 12/256GB, 12/512GB, and 12GB/1TB configurations. Also, the Portrait Studio lets you create personal avatars using AI.

Galaxy S25 owners will also enjoy six months of free access to Google Gemini Advanced, which includes features like image-based queries and cross-app functionality.
