Punjab Women's Police have arrested the main accused named Haseeb Afzal in the alleged gang-rape case of an MPhil student in Muslim Town.
According to the police, raids are being conducted to apprehend the other two suspects, Talha and Hamza. “The victim has undergone a medical examination, and the report will clarify the facts,” said a police spokesperson.
Initial investigations reveal that the victim had become acquainted with Haseeb Afzal through social media. Police allege that the suspects, including Haseeb, Talha, and Hamza, not only subjected the victim to gang rape but also recorded videos of the assault.
