The price of gold in Pakistan saw a third consecutive increase on Thursday, reflecting global market trends.
In the local market, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by another Rs1,300, settling at Rs278,300, according to data shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold hiked by Rs1,114, taking it to Rs238,597.

In the international market also, the price of gold saw a rise of $13 on Thursday, reaching $2,665 per ounce with an additional premium of $20.
The price of silver in the local market remained stable at Rs3,350 per tola.
