The Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 draft date has been changed, according to sources. The new draft date is now January 13 at Huzoori Bagh in Lahore Fort.
Six franchises will select star-studded squads in the ceremony. Earlier, the event was to be held in Gwadar, but was shifted to Lahore due to logistical challenges. However, Gwadar will be a key destination on the route of the HBL PSL Trophy Tour in March.
The 10th edition of the PSL will be held from April 8 to May 19, 2025, while the drafting event will be broadcasted at 12:30pm.
A rehearsal for the PSL draft event will take place on January 12. The change in schedule comes in light of forecasts predicting rain.

The postponement by two days allows the production team and broadcasters additional time for preparations. Sources indicate that the PSL management decided to move the date due to the likelihood of rain on January 11.
The draft, originally planned to take place in Gwadar, will now be held at Bara Dari in Lahore, with PSL management aiming for a smooth and well-organized event. An official announcement regarding the new draft date is expected soon.
