Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) administration has requested the assistance of Rangers in carrying out operations against electricity defaulters and power thieves.
According to the notification, in the first phase, Rangers will assist in the Okara circle, where an operation will target the top 100 defaulters.
Operations will also be conducted in the remote border villages of Okara to tackle power theft.
Additionally, similar operations are planned for Kasur, Sheikhupura, Nankana Circle Three, and Narang Mandi. The officers have been asked to provide lists of defaulters within two days. Rangers will assist the LESCO staff during these operations.
