LG has taken its ultra-thin laptop game to new heights with the 2025 Gram lineup, unveiled at CES 2025.
This new series introduces advanced hybrid AI features powered by LG’s proprietary Gram AI and Intel’s cutting-edge processors.
The lineup includes the Gram Pro, Gram Pro 2-in-1, Gram Book, and Gram, all featuring slimmer profiles and lightweight designs. Key innovations include the debut of Gram Chat. This on-device AI assistant uses LG's EXAONE 3.0 large language model for offline functionality and integrates GPT-4o cloud-based AI when connected to Wi-Fi.
Gram Chat enables users to manage emails, schedules, and messages seamlessly, even offering a "Time Travel" feature to revisit past documents and web content.
The flagship models are powered by the Lunar Lake Intel Core Ultra processors, optimised for AI tasks. The Gram Pro, a Copilot+ PC, stands out with its 0.49-inch thickness, NPU capable of 48 TOPS, and marathon battery life.
Display options include OLED panels for the 16-inch 2-in-1 model, while storage options reach up to 2TB with generous RAM configurations.
Pricing remains unconfirmed, but the Gram Pro models are expected to exceed $1,500, reflecting their premium hardware and features.
