Earlier, amidst the festive celebrations, the Punjab chief minister had become the centre of attention with her striking red outfit by India’s renowned fashion icon Sabyasachi.
Maryam Nawaz’s attire, part of the brand's 'Heritage Bridal' collection, showcased intricate gold threadwork and delicate embellishments, perfectly complementing her elegant persona. She styled the outfit with sparkling golden Kundan style chocker and dazzling earrings.
Draped with a thick-bordered dupatta, she maintained her signature sophisticated style, leaving everyone in awe.
The wedding was a lavish affair with 500 attendees, marking the union of Zayd Hussain Nawaz, son of Hussain Nawaz, and Aiman Habib, daughter of Sheikh Habib-ur-Rehman, a close confidant of the Sharif family.
