Seasoned Afghanistan Rahmat Shah recorded on Saturday the highest individual score in his nation’s Test history.
According to details, Shah had compiled over 200 runs, surpassing the previous best of Afghanistan captain Hashmatullah Shahidi, who had previously scored exact 200.
Shah was on the verge of scoring 250 against Zimbabwe in the first Test. But he was ably supported by captain Shahidi, who had also scored a century.
Afghanistan was doing extremely well with the bat after Zimbabwe had posted a staggering 586 inside 136th with Sean Williams (154), Craig Ervine (104), and Craig Ervine (110) scoring a century each.
But Afghanistan made a terrific comeback after losing their openers, Sediqullah Atal and Abdul Malik, quickly on 64-2.
