A Karachi city court continued on Saturday to suffer from severe mobile network disruptions, affecting both lawyers and the general public.
Despite the Sindh High Court’s intervention, the situation had remained unresolved. The city court, housing over 350 courts, along with a post office, police station, bank, mosques, and various offices, witnesses more than 10,000 people daily, including lawyers.
However, the persistent mobile network issues had made communication with lawyers a major concern for clients.
In response to the ongoing problem, lawyers approached the Sindh High Court seeking a solution.
The SHC instructed the Karachi Bar Association and mobile phone companies to work together and resolve the issue. Yet, several months have passed without any improvement in the situation.
