With the arrival of cold weather in Quetta, residents turned to food streets to savour warm and flavoursome delights.
Among the top choices were the fragrant and spicy Afghani Seekh Kebabs, which drew food enthusiasts in droves. The irresistible aroma of the kebabs, prepared with a blend of unique spices, pulled people towards bustling food spots.
“There’s a special charm in enjoying hot and spicy Afghani kebabs during chilly nights,” a citizen said.
Restaurant owners acknowledged a surge in demand for the delicacy during colder months. “As temperatures drop, people crave these kebabs more, and our sales increase significantly,” one of the hotel owners stated.
