FIA immigration foils travel attempt; two suspects off-loaded
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration team at Islamabad Airport thwarted an attempt by two passengers to travel abroad using fake documents.
The individuals, identified as Wajid Ali and Irfan Khan, were attempting to travel to Poland.
Both passengers, hailing from Islamabad and Rawalpindi, were offloaded from their flight after their counterfeit visas were discovered. The suspects were traveling on a private airline and were found to have fake visas attached to their passports.
Following the discovery, the suspects were transferred to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle in Islamabad for further investigation.
