Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has announced that there will be no negotiations with the PTI protesters in Islamabad.
Holding a press conference along with Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar at D-Chowk in Islamabad on Tuesday night, Mohsin Naqvi said a meeting had been held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in which it was decided that there will be no negotiations with the protesters, adding that a woman was behind any loss of life and property in Islamabad.
Naqvi said the government had clearly decided against holding talks, maintaining that negotiations were held with peaceful people, not with Afghans and extremists. The prime minister has decided that there will be no negotiations with the protesters, he declared.

Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said that Bibi (Bushra Bibi) had come to Islamabad seeking blood, asking her to first call her own children to the protest and then summon other people's children. "This Bibi has come to take blood and bodies. She should herself come to the fore."
Tarar said firing was the easiest thing to do, but the authorities were responding to the violence with strictness instead. "We do not want any killings, we will deal with them strictly. The state is not weak."
He accused the PTI of using "Afghan citizens and miscreants" as shields, adding that this was not a peaceful protest. "When we checked the record of the Afghan citizen, he turned out to be involved in robberies in Islamabad. Cases have been registered against the arrested persons."
