In a week-long operation, government agencies successfully intercepted and seized substantial quantities of contraband goods across the country. The recent crackdown revealed impressive results, including the recovery of 887 cigarette stocks, 364 fabric rolls, and 0.266 million liters of Iranian oil.
Cumulative data from September 1, 2023, to date reveals the extensive scale of anti-smuggling efforts. Authorities have successfully intercepted:
- 13,471.5 metric tons of fertilizer
- 3,789.64 metric tons of flour
- 35,134.51 metric tons of sugar
- 4,389,840 cigarette stocks
- 156,186 fabric rolls
- 18.22 million liters of Iranian oil
