The Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in connection with the Manawan Police Station case.
The case pertains to alleged acts of vandalism during a political gathering in Kahna.
ATC Judge Manzar Ali Gul presided over the hearing and considered the police’s request for the warrant. According to the police, Gandapur is accused of breaking vehicle windows during the Kahna political rally, leading to the registration of a case at Manawan Police Station.
The police argued that Gandapur’s actions constituted a serious violation of the law, necessitating his immediate arrest. After reviewing the case details, Judge Gul approved the request and issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against the PTI leader.
