The Lahore administration took strict action on Saturday against the violation of the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
According to details, the district administration and the Punjab Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) took action against facilities involved in burning animals’ fats. The cases had been registered against owners of all the points.
The Lahore deputy commissioner urged the citizens to extend their cooperation in coping with the challenges posed by the toxic smog.

Meanwhile, the administration had resolved to continue the crackdown against the violation of SOPs in line with the smog.
