Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced a new accommodation strategy to keep family members together throughout the pilgrimage.
The measure, which addresses past challenges faced by families separated during Hajj, ensures that all family members will be provided with housing at the same location in the Holy Hijaz.
Under this new plan, family members will not only share the same accommodations but will also be able to worship together. Notably, during prayers at Riaz-ul-Jannah, families will be kept together, allowing them to perform Nawafil without separation.
To streamline the process, the Ministry has issued directives to banks, enabling family applications to be processed jointly. This unified accommodation effort aims to alleviate the logistical issues pilgrims previously encountered due to scattered housing and differing worship schedules.
The initiative marks a notable improvement in Pakistan’s Hajj management efforts and is expected to enhance the experience for thousands of pilgrims embarking on the sacred journey in 2025.
