The site of the tragic suicide bombing at Quetta railway station remains sealed, with scenes of devastation still evident and the belongings of deceased passengers scattered across the area.
Despite the somber situation, the Jafar Express departed from Quetta for Peshawar on time, adhering to its scheduled journey.
In response to the blast, which claimed the lives of 26 people and injured 62, train services from Quetta will be suspended from November 11 to 14.
According to Commissioner Quetta, Hamza Shafaqat, the suspension follows a request made by local authorities to ensure safety and facilitate the investigation process.
Railway officials confirmed that the suspension aims to allow for a thorough assessment of the railway station and surrounding areas.
