Pakistan former all-rounder Yasir Arafat had lamented the number of extras bowled by the national team bowlers in the first ODI against Australia the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
Taking to X (following Twitter), Arafat said: “Bowling 17 wides while defending a low total of 204.”

He stressed the need for ensuring the discipline while executing the bowling plans, saying, “Discipline with extras is everything!”
Pakistan will look to rebound their strategy in the second ODI against the Aussies in Adelaide on Friday.
