WhatsApp is set to elevate user experience with the introduction of a new automatic text formatting tool, according to reports from WEBetaInfo.
This innovative feature aims to enhance how users interact with links and group messages within chats.
Previously, WhatsApp rolled out a feature that allows users to verify the authenticity of links shared in chats by searching for additional information on Google. Now, to improve this functionality, the app will automatically underline links, making them easily distinguishable from regular text.
Additionally, group names within message bubbles will be automatically bolded to enhance visibility.
Currently, the automatic text formatting tool is available to select beta testers using the latest Android beta version (2.24.23.9) and will gradually roll out to all users in the future.
In addition to the formatting enhancements, WhatsApp is also developing a feature to help users better manage their sticker collections.
This feature will enable users to select multiple stickers for bulk actions, such as deleting or favoriting them, as well as creating custom sticker packs directly within the app.
These updates reflect WhatsApp's commitment to continuously improving user interaction and personalization in their messaging platform.
