A passenger passed away during a flight from Muscat to Islamabad and subsequently flight made an emergency landed at Jinnah International Airport Karachi.
The deceased passenger was named Besharat and was from Bagh Azad Jammu Kashmir. The body of the passenger was handed over to the Karachi Airport staff.

Last month, An Indian passenger reportedly died mid-flight while returning to Chennai International Airport from Muscat.
According to the Times of India, the passenger passed away in a case of suspected cardiac arrest. He was working in Muscat and was travelling home for vacation.
Once the flight landed at the airport, the passenger remained seated even after all other passengers had left the aircraft.
The cabin crew assumed he was asleep and attempted to wake him up and upon receiving no response, the crew found him unconscious and alerted ground authorities. A medical team transported the passenger to the airport's emergency medical centre where medical professionals declared the passenger dead.
Airport police initiated the necessary procedures for a post-mortem examination. The authorities informed the victim’s family.
