Hamza Firdous Jamal recently opened up about his family's struggles in response to his father Firdous Jamal’s controversial interview with a YouTuber, where he declared he had left the family and that they were happier without him.
Addressing these claims, Hamza felt compelled to share his mother’s side of the story.
"As a son, I prefer to keep personal matters private," Hamza stated. "However, my father has brought our family issues into the public eye, so it's only fair I share my perspective." He revealed that his mother had taken Khula (divorce) from Firdous Jamal after 35 years of marriage, emphasizing that no woman would make such a decision lightly.

Hamza expressed his mother’s resilience, stating, “She endured a complicated relationship, surviving through pain and hardship in the hope that things would improve, but unfortunately, they did not.”

He also hinted at his father's flaws, suggesting that while he may have been a good person, he had significant shortcomings that affected their family.
Regarding his father's cancer treatment, Hamza recounted the emotional toll it took on the family. He detailed how each family member contributed to his care, despite their father's implication that they had not been supportive. "We did everything we could for him during his illness, but it felt like our efforts were in vain," he lamented.
Ultimately, Hamza emphasized the desire to maintain privacy amidst the family's struggles, stating, "My father has chosen his path, living life on his terms."
