A group of students from Balochistan has returned to Pakistan after completing a specialized technical education program in China. The initiative, part of a broader effort to enhance educational opportunities in the province, was supported by the Government of Pakistan in collaboration with Chinese institutions.
The program focused on "Road and Bridge Construction (Civil Technology)," with students initially receiving two years of training at the Gwadar Institute of Technology (GIT). The final year of the diploma was completed in China, providing students with international exposure and expertise.
Selected on merit from remote areas of Balochistan, the students were part of a scholarship program designed to uncover and develop technical skills among the province's youth. Upon their return, the students expressed gratitude towards the Government of Pakistan, particularly the Government of Balochistan and the Pakistan Army, for facilitating their access to international-level education.
