Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister announced the nationwide protests to release the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder on Friday (September 27).
Expressing his thoughts, CM Gandapur said: "For what purpose do I offer an apology? Register as many cases as you want against me, I will not be petrified. We do not accept the government came to power through Form 45. I also do not accept this government's constitutional amendment."
"We will not allow any illegal action against us," he added.
"We will let others offer an apology over the injustice done to this country. Do not talk about apology. I am not the slave of the Punjab government. When it comes to apology, you people will keep on offering apology lifetime," CM Gandapur added.
He said: "I have not done anything for which I have to offer an apology. I strongly condemn the act that has been done under the guise of the standard of the public gathering."
"It is unacceptable to have two constitutions in one state. There exist two types of law. For the frail segment of society, there is another type of law, and for the elite segment of society, the law is different," he added.
"The nation cannot be befooled by the fake narrative that the routes were opened," CM Gandapur stated.
He said, "I reached Kala Shah Kaku at 5:30 pm, and there were obstacles. If you believe in democracy, then it would have been better to allow us to stage the public gathering at the Minar-e-Pakistan."
The KP CM said, "The masses stand by democracy and constitution. The people are standing for the sake of supremacy of the constitution and protection of the constitution. We will not let derail the democracy."
"We will also hold the public gathering in Minawali (September 29). Mianwali's rally will be followed by the public gatherings in Rawalpindi and other cities," he added.
