The Met Department has forecasted warm weather for Islamabad and its surrounding areas, with temperatures expected to reach a maximum of 35 degrees Celsius.
According to the spokesperson, while the overall conditions will be hot and dry, there is a possibility of thunderstorms and light rain in certain areas of Islamabad.
Across Sindh and Punjab, the weather is likely to remain predominantly hot and dry, while plain districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are also expected to experience high temperatures. In Balochistan, similar warm and dry conditions are anticipated in most districts.
However, residents in the Murree and Galiyat regions, as well as parts of Jhelum, Narowal, Bahawalnagar, and Bahawalpur, may see light rain accompanied by gusty winds and thunder-showers.
In the northern territories, including Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, the forecast suggests partly cloudy skies with potential thunder and light rain at various locations.
Overall, while some areas may experience brief periods of rainfall, the dominant weather pattern remains hot and dry for much of the region.
