According to currency dealers, on the fourth day of the business week, the value of the dollar increased by 10 paisas in the interbank market, bringing the dollar to Rs278.55 in the interbank market.
In contrast, the value of the dollar remains at Rs 280 in the open currency market.
The depreciation of the US dollar in the exchange market has stopped.
It should be noted that the value of the dollar had been continuously declining for the first three days of this business week, but that trend has stopped today.
On the other hand, the bullish trend in the Pakistan Stock Exchange continues. The 78,000-point threshold has been restored, with the 100 Index increasing by 450 points to reach 78,444 points.
