On June 20, 2024, terrorists kidnapped 10 unarmed civilians from Shaban Picnic Point in Balochistan. The abductees were ordinary citizens of Balochistan, supporting their families through various small businesses and jobs.
Among those kidnapped was Muhammad Ali, a resident of Quetta. His father, Khurshid Ahmad, has requested government agencies to make efforts for the swift recovery of his son.

Khurshid Ahmad stated, "I've been running my business in Quetta for 25 years. My children were also born in Quetta." He added that his son went to Shaban Picnic Point with friends on Eid day for recreation.
The father learned about his son's abduction from the picnic point. He emphasized that his only son is innocent and appealed to all for the release of his son and other abductees.
The incident has not elicited a response from Mahrang Baloch, who typically advocates for missing persons. The Baloch Yakjehti Committee has not staged any protests or offered support to the families of the abducted civilians.
