Hundreds of students of various educational institutions from across Punjab visited the Wagah Border. Before the flag-lowering event, they participated in a tree-planting campaign with Rangers personnel to help make Pakistan green.
The students actively participated in the efforts of Pakistan Rangers posted on the border for a green Pakistan. They called the Green Pakistan Initiative the need of the hour.
Later, they went to the stadium to witness the parade. After that, they joined thousands of people at the Wagah Border Joint Check Post to witness the Pakistan Rangers' flag-lowering ceremony, where the crowd’s patriotic emotion was clear.
The event was marked by enthusiastic cheers and patriotic songs from the crowd, including slogans like "Allah-o-Akbar", “Pakistan Zindabad” and "Long Live Pakistan”.
The inspiring Rangers' parade fuelled patriotic emotion among the crowd. The footsteps of the brave men of Pakistan Rangers and their passion to protect the homeland warmed the blood of the audience.
Children, elderly, and women participants enthusiastically encouraged the soldiers. The students expressed their joyous feelings after watching the magnificent and lively parade of Pakistan Rangers.
The students expressed full confidence in the capabilities of the Pakistan Army for the defence of the country.
