These malicious actors are guilty of inciting the Pakistani populace against national institutions, disseminating self-made and fabricated lies to poison the public against the security guarantors of the nation.
Among these elements is a fugitive named Akbar Hussain, who is identified as a significant member of this group.
Akbar Hussain has been accused of anti-national activities, including inciting disorder and malice during the May 9 incidents.
Despite being a former member of the Pakistan Army, he now resides abroad and persistently spreads false and negative propaganda against the military.
Post-retirement, Akbar Hussain has reportedly turned against his own country, allegedly receiving foreign funding under the guise of the Pakistan Army. He has been spreading false news of unrest and civil war in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa via his X account and has blamed the army for terrorism incidents in Balochistan. Furthermore, he has been accused of sharing Indian propaganda against Pakistan.
The accusations against Akbar Hussain of treason and working on foreign funding have been substantiated by numerous pieces of evidence.
Authorities are calling for his conviction under the Official Secrets Act for inciting the public and the military to mutiny.
Additionally, there are demands to declare Akbar Hussain a fugitive on charges of sedition, terrorism, and incitement to violence.
